You're the operational core for our top-revenue Media Sales Consultants. Your job: take every administrative, logistical, and coordination task off their plate — so they can focus entirely on growing client revenue. You own campaign execution from contract to campaign-live.
Prepare and manage CPQ contracts in Salesforce. Keep pricing, products, and terms accurate. Be the gatekeeper for data integrity.
Own the artwork process end-to-end. Collect assets, manage reviews, coordinate with design, chase approvals. Never let a deadline slip.
Monitor AR dashboards. Confirm payments are in place before campaigns release. Resolve declined or missing authorizations.
Create and track Salesforce Cases per SOPs. Proactively manage open tasks. Escalate blockers before they become problems.
Communicate directly and professionally with clients on deadlines, artwork status, and next steps. You represent the brand.
Partner with production to confirm final assets are approved and ready for print and digital deployment. Own the finish line.
